1. Returns
You may return most new, unused bikes, bike parts, and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and tags.
Custom or personalized bikes or parts are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please ensure that used parts or installed components are not accepted for return.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong part or defective item).
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your bike or part arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@bicycleandbike.shop with photos and a description of the issue.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For safety, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
