1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom-built or pre-ordered bicycles may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and shipping method.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping (within the U.S.): 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping (within the U.S.): 1–3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

3. Shipping Carriers

We ship primarily through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other trusted courier partners.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses for larger items such as bicycles.
  • Some oversized or hazardous items (e.g., lithium batteries) may have special shipping limitations.

5. Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions within the continental U.S. for qualifying orders.
Eligibility will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

7. Delays and Lost Packages

While we strive for timely delivery, Bicycle & Bike Shop is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Customs inspections or import regulations (for international orders)

If your package appears lost, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate or replace your order when possible.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email photos of the damage and packaging to info@bicycleandbike.shop, and we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the situation.


9. International Shipping Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their local authorities.
These fees are not included in our shipping rates and must be paid upon delivery.
